Question time!

That's right. You all know I love to waffle on about fashion, style, trends, cut, colour and pretty much anything associated with making men and women feel confident.

But lets get a little more interactive! Send me your requests for blogs. For instance the 'shoe' and skirt blog was requested by a client and likewise, in a few months time I shall do a full, detailed blog about swimwear.

I am really keen to see a consultant. What are the key things you should look at when choosing a stylist?

Referrals are key. Talk to people and see who has seen a consultant and how they found their service. Look for a service that covers colours and shapes. Some consultants only focus on certain areas and if you are not getting the full package, you will not benefit as much from your experience.

For instance, having your shape assessed is as vital as having your colours done. There is no point in wearing great coloured clothing, if it doesn't suit your shape!

Q: I want to break out of wearing black but I just don't know what colours suit me?

Yes, it is very hard to break the black habit if you are unsure as to what is a good alternative. So don't feel alone in this!

The best thing you can do is either hire someone from www.wardrobeflair.com and they can come and do your colours and assess your shape and talk you through what you need and also take you personal shopping to show you the colours and shapes that best suit you.

If you want to try and go it alone, think of the times you have had compliments with certain colours you wear and try and build this up.
